tidy_save_config --
Save current settings to named file
Description

tidy_save_config ( string filename )
tidy_save_config() saves current settings to the
specified file. Only non-default values are written.

tidy_getopt(),
tidy_reset_config() and
tidy_setopt().
Nota: Esta funcion esta disponible
solamente con Tidy 1.0. Se dejo de utilizar en Tidy 2.0 y por lo tanto
no se encuentra dispobible actualmente.
